Help with database 1 Year, 5 Months ago  
I recently purchased a new laptop because my old one crashed. I tried to download the 2009 version of the RU software but the error message says this:

Your Microsoft Access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'MSCAL.OCX' version 7.0

This might as well be Greek to me. Could you help? Thanks.

Is probably one of two problems:

1) That module is not installed:
Open Access
Create
Class Module, Class module
Tools
References
Make sure "Microsoft Calendar Control 2007" is clicked on.


or

2) You have Access 2010. Microsoft did a dirty trick and removed that calendar function in Office/Access 2010. Many developers are unhappy about that. You might try installing the 2007 Rutime: www.reformu.com/community/forum/13-ru-so...-access-runtime.html OR -- (better) email your database to [email protected] and allow us to upgrade to the latest version. We will upgrade it and send it back to you.
